This tea blend has a lot of gut healing benefits as well as anti inflammatory benefits. I purchase these herbs and spices in bulk from Monterey Bay Herb Co
Be sure to do your research and make sure these herbs and spices are safe to use with any medication you may be on and any health conditions or situation you are currently managing.
Marshmallow root, Licorice root, Spearmint leaves, Burdock root, Hibiscus flowers, Dandelion Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Ginger root, chicory root, and Turmeric root.
Mix all the herbs together and brew them in a tea strainer, 1 teaspoon in 8oz of boiling water. This tea can be drank 2-3 times a day.
I personally have been drinking this tea for about 2 years or longer and have had much improvement in my gut.
