Revamp Your Gut Health with This Powerful Detox Drink!

I have had alot of conversations lately about my digestive health and how I have been working to heal it. I would like to share the recipe I have been using for a detox drink. I take a little first thing in the morning and last thing before i go to bed. Please keep in mind I am not a licensed medical professional. Consulting your doctor is highly recommended but also keep in mind most are paid to keep you on medication.
If you haven't heard my story, i will give you the short version. I suffered from heartburn for a long time. I had an emergency surgery to have my gallbladder and appendix removed. Since then i have been working to help my body heal. I went from taking 2 Heart burn relief capsules (omeprezole) a day to now never needing it.
The detox recipe ingredients are
3 cucumbers,
a can of pineapples in the juice, (make sure its in 100% juice. ingredients on the can sure say pineapples and juice.)
1 full orange with the peel (optional)
1 full lemon with the peel (optional)
3 tsp of turmeric powder
3 tsp of cinnamon powder
3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with "the mother"
fresh ginger about a fingers length
Pineapple juice (you may need a little extra liquid for blending)
Directions: Cut up the cucumbers into pieces. cut up oranges and lemons and remove the seeds, keep the peel on them both. peel the ginger.
blend all ingredients together. The juice from the pineapples and the apple cider vinegar should be enough liquid but if not you can add water or pineapple juice to make it more of a drink. My blender is a cup blender so i a 1 tsp of turmeric and cinnamon to each cup and 1 chunk of ginger about an inch long. I also add 1/4 cup of vinegar to each cup along with pineapple juice. I also started adding a 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to each cup.
I prefer to add water to each shot instead of adding it to the jar. This is best if stored in a mason jar or something you can easily pour out of.
Drink a shot first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed.
Keep in mind a small amount is all you need. You may experience weight loss but that is not the main goal. The goal is a health digestive system.
It is also important to note that using citrus in the drink can result in mouth sores. If you get sores, stop using that batch and try making a batch without the citrus.
